Adam Frankel, Esq., recently joined U.S. Strategies Corp. after earning his law degree (Cum Laude) from American University, Washington College of Law.

He is a current member of the Massachusetts Bar. While in law school, he was Co-Editor-in-Chief of Health Law and Policy as well as a senior staff member for American University's Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law. Adam has worked in a variety of positions involving health law and regulatory policy. He has clerked at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the General Counsel's Public Health Division where he assisted the Department with questions arising from statutes administered by and affecting the Department including the 340B Drug Pricing Program.

In addition, he served as a Pharmaceutical Policy Fellow for the Program on Information Justice and Intellectual Property.

In this role, he researched and advocated policies to bring down drug prices including state 'sunshine' laws mandating the disclosure of gifts to physicians by the pharmaceutical industry and advised state legislators on methods of improving the efficacy of current laws and assisted in crafting future legislation. Adam advises clients on a variety legal compliance issues and serves as U.S. Strategies' Associate General Counsel.
